Welcome to Villa Clara, a cozy two-bedroom villa with a boho feel, inspired by nature. This charming villa features two bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located in the Municipality of Cascais , 15 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from Carcavelos Beach, 20 minutes from Lisbon's historic center ( timings calculated using motor vehicule ). The house has access to a furnished patio with a pool shared with two other villas. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation!

The space

Pátio Vilareto is located in Cascais Municipality area, 5min from Carcavelos Beach (4km), and about 15 to 20min from: Guincho Beach, Praia Grande Beach, and Costa da Caparica. 20min to Lisbon historical center The accommodation includes 3 Villas, Vila Clara T2, Vila Fernanda T1 and Vila Adélia T1, with garden & swimming pool (Shared)

Parking is Free in front (across the street ) and has all kinds of shops restaurants and services around, Supermarkets walking distance with electric car charger and recicling point. There is a Laundry/Ironing 50meters next door too.

Important to know: although this is an old house, we are not in the middle of the countryside, on the contrary we are very well centralized in a village full of life, and with noise outside. however, at night the restaurants and services close and it is quiet. inside our garden it is also quiet :)


The stone houses were renovated in 2020 with quality finishings maintaining its traditional architecture and were decorated and equipped with cozy and practical furniture in order to provide you tranquility and comfort.

For all stays longer than 7 days, a weekly cleaning, service is mandatory, at an extra cost of €55 this service includes:
- Change of bed linen
- Change of towels and bathroom mat
- General house cleaning

• Silence 11PM • Mandatory take out the garbage

We ask all guests to be careful with floors and coverings in wood and natural stone. we wanted to preserve the traditional charm of the houses to offer you the best experience possible, but we need your care to preserve the history of the houses. Thank you so much
