The house has access to a swimming pool shared with two other villas. This is perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

PRIVATE LIVING AREA:
- The living area is the heart of this home. With a comfortable sitting area and direct access to the fully equipped kitchenette, this area exudes a comfortable and homely ambiance.
BEDROOM
- Villa Adélia has a comfortable bedroom with two single beds, AC, and a TV.
- The bedroom is perfect for two guests and is freshly prepared with comfort bed linen.
BATHROOM
- The bathroom is modern and recently renovated. It has a toilet, sink, a fixed shower, a large mirror, and a hair dryer.
- All guests are provided with fresh towels.
PATIO
- A beautiful fully furnished patio. This is the perfect place for you to enjoy an outdoor meal, a morning coffee, or an afternoon cocktail!
- The patio has a refreshing swimming pool, perfect for summer days and barbecue grill. There is also an outdoor shower, for your convenience.
- The patio is shared with the other two villas.
For all stays longer than 7 days, a weekly cleaning,service is mandatory, at an additional cost of €55.
This service includes:
- Change of bed linens
- Change of towels and bath mat
- General house cleaning
• For long-term stays (stays of 28 nights or more are considered long-term stays), guest identification must be provided before the check-in date.
• Quiet time until 11 PM
• Trash must be taken out.
All reservations provide amenities (toilet paper, trash bags, shower gel, dishwashing liquid) for consumption upon initial reservation. Beyond these, it is the guest's responsibility to purchase any necessary supplies.
We ask all guests to be careful with wood and natural stone floors and coverings. We want to preserve the traditional charm of the houses to offer you the best possible experience, but we need your care to preserve the history of the houses. For legal reasons, we are required to notify the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) of the identification of all guests staying at the property. (Law No. 23/2007, Articles 14, 15, and 16). A digital form will be provided for this purpose, which must be completed at the time of booking.
Reservations for children under 2 years of age are not permitted.
Consumption amenities (toilet paper, trash bags, shower gel, and shampoo) are provided only in the quantity necessary for the beginning of the stay. Any remaining quantities are the guest's responsibility.
You will have access to the entire house and all amenities, including the shared patio and swimming pool.
This apartment is maintained and taken care of by the owner and co-host.
