This apartment is located in a historic and residential building.- It is totally forbidden to make noise after 22:00, parties are not allowed and noise in the common areas of the building must be kept to a minimum.- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in any part of the building.- Any damage must be covered by the guest.- Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines and/or expulsion from the apartment.- Only the number of guests indicated at the time of booking is allowed to use the apartment.- The apartment is cleaned before your arrival.
